The world is going through a tough phase. The entire human race is struggling to find a solution yet there is nothing much discovered to overcome the COVID 19 pandemic.

All of us are trying our best to maintain social distancing, staying indoor, avoiding outside contact completely. Until our scientists discover a vaccine to the pandemic, we must fight the fear and stay healthy and take good care of our loved ones!

What can we do?

At this point the most important thing for us is to stay healthy, boost our immunity and keep our spirits high.

How can we do it?

Here are a few simple things what you can do to stay fit. Although none of these suggestions can prevent COVID-19, they will certainly reinforce your body’s defenses against harmful pathogens.

  • Proper Sleep

Getting adequate rest strengthens your immunity. Adults should aim to get 7 or more hours of sleep each night, while teens need 8–10 hours and younger children and infants up to 14 hours.

If you’re having trouble sleeping, try limiting screen time for an hour before bed, as the blue light emitted from your phone, TV, and computer may disrupt your circadian rhythm, or your body’s natural wake-sleep cycle.

Keep a routine for your sleeping time. You should be going to bed at the same time every night.

  • Healthy Diet
